While our flowers have no end life, we recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight to avoid color fading (some dried flowers fade more than others).

As a reminder, these flowers are dried, so they do not need to be put into water. Feel free to place them directly in to your vessel of choice, or if the stems are too long, you can cut them down with flower shears or clippers. Please handle your flowers more gently, as dried flowers tend to be more brittle than fresh flowers and may break more easily. The flowers are for indoor use and should not be exposed to the elements, such as rain, snow, etc. In order to avoid fading, do not put them in direct sunlight.

Yes! When you note that an order is a gift at checkout, items come with a custom note and wrapped in an assortment of Cara Cara striped tissue paper, burlap, twine, cream cotton textured ribbon, and dried citrus slices. We don't use traditional wrapping paper to avoid excess waste.

USPS for ground shipping, FedEx for two-day and overnight shipping, and Local LA delivery for next day.

USPS Ground takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on proximity to Los Angeles. FedEx overnight will arrive the next business day, after the items have been processed and shipped. Please note, Rise & Shine contains perishable items (oranges) and therefore the only shipping option is two-day air or local LA delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and rates are based on shipping destination and weight. Your selected shipping speed applies once the package has been picked up by the carrier. We offer free shipping for domestic orders above $200. Please allow for extra shipping days over holidays. As always, please reach out to hello@caracarala.com with any questions.

Orders that come in Monday thru Thursday will go out within two business days. Orders that come in on Friday will go out on the following Monday.

Local deliveries will go out by the next business day, Monday-Friday.

We accept returns of all unused items up to 30 days after delivery, except for perishable goods and dried flowers. We cannot accept flower returns due to their fragile nature and the wear and tear that may occur during shipping.
